This hand carved instrument has a granulated solid spruce top, solid maple back and sides, ebony fingerboards and pegs and a maple bridge. The case is lightweight and has several accessory pockets as well as carry straps. This is an unbeatable viola package at an unbeatable price!
All of our violas are delivered to you with the following processes being performed: Bridge is trimmed and installed; Soundpost checked and adjusted if necessary; Instrument tuned for the first time; Instrument played on for ten minutes to allow tension on the strings to adjust; Instrument receives the final tuning an hour later after strings have stretched; Instrument wiped down and polished.
