| Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - Piano Concerto No. 15 | | Item number 1701559BA, 46 pages Regular Price: $12.95, Our Price: $11.14 You save 14%
Although this piece is transcribed for piano duet, Mozart composed "Piano Concerto No. 15 in B Flat Major" with solo piano and orchestra originally in mind. Mozart always believed the piano to be a foundational instrument, and the publishers of this folio took that in mind when this piece was transcribed for two pianos/four hands. The editors have meticulously reproduced this transcription from Mozart's original autograph, including Mozart's particular suggestions for tempi, articulation and form. Listen as the second piano mimics the particular nuances of an orchestra. This is a stunning piece that is a joy to perform and hear.
