| Franz Schubert - Original Compositions Volume III | | Item number 1701619JF, $17.95, 91 pages
Austrian composer Franz Schubert composed these selections taken from many of his extended works and transcribed for one piano/four hands. These piano duets include the "Quatre Polonaise" with it's four different movements written in four different key signatures. This famous piece was written as a celebration of a stately form of Polish dance that was usually in triple time and contained an often repetitive rhythmic underlying melody. This piece, as well as the remaining music in this folio, is a joy to perform! Arranged for one piano, four hands.
