The CD is a "split track" CD - the melody line appears in the left channel, and the accompaniment appears in the right channel.
About the CD: The background tracks on the CD are full band arrangements and sound exactly like the original recordings, without the vocals. For the optimal performing experience, the melody line is included and plays through one speaker so it can be turned off for performance.
