Colburn has been Principal Euphonium with "The President's Own" United States Marine Band since 1990. He has won numerous awards for his playing ability. This disc showcases his sound. He performs eleven works in which his is accompanied by the American Serenade Band. The band is excellent, too. This CD is a must have for all players of trombone, tuba, or euphonium.
